Black Front Grille Results: photos
I love it. It is obviously a matter of personal taste, but I think it goes well against the one-of-a-kind-only-one-in-the-entire-universe Maroon Animal, and adds just a touch of "gangsta."
Here are some pics, including before and after.
The Grill is a fine product; good quality plastic, very even/professional flat black finish. I, Mr. "no can do dyi," installed it at my office parking lot in 15 minutes.
Thanks guys.

I'm still happy with mine, too. Picture was posted in the original thread.

Looks great.........
Now you need a matte black carbon fiber lip spoiler and matte black emblems to complete the package
Since Stealth's deal fell apart, i am back in the hunt for a process. I want a 4 slat grill, first.
Thanks, Mike.
What I did was start adding layer after layer. It got to where it was basically dripping and was no longer crystal clear. Still, one good rock and it was chipped. I think much of this is a curing issue, or finding the right kind of paint / clear.
I even have an OEM Grill shaved out (leaving only the frame portion. I just need someone to fab something to go in the hole. I did a ghetto Chrysler 300 bling look and it was FUNKY!! But, I never bothered trying to paint it. How would one look that matched the lower mesh?

I think I will do the same for now, until obsidian comes out with the new mod.
