FSS Question
Just a quick question...
Is the FSS reminder triggered when the car hits 10K miles or 1 year, whichever earlier?
I remember that my C55's FSS went off when I hit exactly 1 year (even though I only drove it for 3K miles)... the reminder changed from "miles to service" to "days to service" about 5-6 days prior to service time.
The reason I ask this is because my service E is still 5.5K miles away but in 2 months, it would be 1 year since the last service.
I plan to replace the oil soon... but may not do that if FSS would ask for service in 2 months.
