HAVE U guys seen this before. Car looks good all around except for the front. But then again I havent seen what the AMG version would look like

Oh my god that thing is hideous. It looks like a Hyundai. Audi A8 taillights and a busy, stupid front end. The W211 is far and away a better looking car.

 

I wont take judgement on the E till the AMG version is out cause the NON AMG's always look like crap when the car is first released but the clk sure does look good.

 

Those quad lights have been around on the E, C, and CLK photoshops for a couple of years now and they still look weak.

 

That E looks terrible.

 

dual oval fogs with 'square' headlights - doesn't matchup well. suggests to me this isn't the final product.

 

just give me 600+HP in the E AMG and I'll deal with the looks......

 

Looks like a Lexus from the rear.

 

The front of that E-Class looks way too ugly to be real ....... I really hope they will change it before release.

The CLK looks a little bit better, but still wierd. I think our only chance left for a decent design is that those photoshop predictions end up being way off base

 

Idk, the quad foglights and that tiny exhaust that is sticking out the rear bumper indicate to me that those photos are nothing to get worried over. I've seen these pics for over a year, I don't think that is what it will wind up looking like...at all.

 

Wasn't sure if they were photochop'd but Im glad if the E ones are. I actually like the CLK for once.

 

not feeling the headlights

 

As I said before, This thing is really fugly! I honestly believe if MBZ and AMG (see post on AMG bowing out of HPwars) go in this direction on the W212 a lot of E55 and E63 owners are going to keep their cars a little longer now!

(BTW, I think that's Eva Braun driving that thing)

Picking up my new Black/Black E63 tomorrow, and I think its fair to say I won't be changing it for the new model.

 

Guys, lets at least wait until the car comes out before we rule it out I just don't believe Mercedes would do that to the E-Class
