ones too fast according to CHP!
LOL - actually I am pretty sure yours is legit.
This whole thing sucks. I had heard rumors recently, but to find out it is true is sad. Really sad.
I am going to start contacting potentially victimized customers next week.
thanks
Brad

Oh what a total crock of ****... look how they're trying to put a spin on the whole thing...
Pay special attention to the part about them continuing to fulfill existing eisenmann orders....WITH WHAT?? Eisenmann already flat-out stated that they will never ship any more product to Eisenhaus, so that's a virtual guarantee that any outstanding orders will be receiving the cheapassed Korean crap...
Anybody who hasn't gotten their order yet should start the dispute with the credit card company now, before you get the meisterSHAFT...bahaha

Dude, get your facts straight before you call out on someone.
I have read several threads and posts, so I have called both eisenhaus and eisenmann to verify all this crap this morning. And found out this is all b.s.
all of your eisenmann units are real deal and stop complaining.
panties in a bunch? get a grip first.

I am. Site admin - how do you do?
If you cannot follow the rules and terms of use (you know, the things you agreed to when creating this account) - then you will not be welcomed here. Continue, and you will be IP banned so the other users that share your same IP will also not be able to post.
This issue is sensitive enough, there is absolutely no room for someone to inflame it further.

I admit, I was joking around in a bad way,
But look at these kids, do you think telling these guys to get their things together is a problem?
and you are right, this seems pretty sensitive, so I am just letting these guys know for their own sake. all I know is what these guys are complaining about does not make any sense. Pretty much all the units these guys got are real deal, real eisenmann units as eisenmann germany and eisenhaus say. So, I was just making some comments, that's all.

1: Did you read the press release from Eisenhaus' OWN website that I posted in this thread, which confirms everyone's suspicions?
2: Did you read the open letter from Eisenmann GMBH?
3: Did you read the communications between Gustav over on the M5 board and Eisenmann's VP of Marketing, where Eisenmann confirmed that Eisenhaus had lost their distributorship for selling fakes and that a new regional distributor would be announced shortly?
4: Did you read the part that confirmed that the meisterchaft line was NOT authorized, designed, or built by eisenmann?
5: Have you read the scads of complaints all over the place, including this board, about all the cheap, bad sounding, poorly-welded exhaust systems that Eisenhaus has been selling? Even before the scandal, most of the people who bought one had it removed in favor of another brand because of quality issues...
But, according to you, all that is outweighed by some idiot with 6 posts who signed up ONLY to post in this one thread to say that Eisenhaus isn't doing anything wrong?
Gime a break dude. You obviously work for or have some interest in eisenhaus, and just as obviously don't realize that THE CAT'S ALREADY OUT OF THE BAG, and shillfish isn't on the menu around here...
Everyone already knows you got busted for selling cheap korean knockoffs and lost your distributorship, and Eisenmann GMBH has mailed an open letter to the customers confirming exactly that, and copies of it are posted literally all over the place.

alright, enough joke I guess.
first of all, I am not taking any sides, I have found this out, so
I am letting you guys know.
all I am saying is, according to the eisenmann and eisenhaus,
except for the so called "meisterschaft" units - marketed as meist units,
pretty much all of eisenmann units sold from eisenhaus for MB are real deal.
So, it seems, you don't have to worry about getting a fake eisenmann units
if you have bought an eisenmann unit from them.
If you are curious or suspicious about what I am saying, I would highly recommend you to call eisenmann germany or eisenhaus. that's it.
I am not saying anything more or less. you guys will find out yourselves.
seriously man, you guys are good at accusing.. seriously that's all.

http://www.ind-distribution.com/deta...make=89&part=1
check your units out or call these guys even.
they are claiming they are now selling so called" original eisenmann units" directly from germany.
or call germany direct or check out their web for verification
http://eisenmann-sportauspuff.ov3.de/produkte.htm
If yours look like what you see on this website,
looks like you got the real deal. Other forums indicate that eisenhaus did not make one to one copies,
but eisenmann brand trademark misuse for their own line of products, so called "meistersschaft". At least that is what the letter sounds like to me.
Also as long as you have "made in Germany" stamps
or "eisenmann" stamp alone on your unit not with "meisterschaft",
you are good to go. it seems.
Some people are even saying some meisterschaft units were also made by eisenmann as noted on the eisenmann's letter.
so, sum up, all I am saying is;
unfortunately, things that you have said and bashed on these units, really might be and in fact they are all real eisenmann mufflers. Ironic.
that was my point yesterday, and I was just too amused to see the situation grow, so I went out the other way.
Hope this gets resolved soon for you guys. I am out. I have no further interests on this topic anyway
But before I get going, later on if you guys find out that you got the original ones, For sure, someone here owes me an apology and he knows

Alright...
You seem to be referring to their "Meisterchaft" (or as I call it the "MeisterSHAFT"), so let's address that for a minute...
How does anything you said change the fact that I could call up Eisenhaus today and buy a "Meisterchaft" exhaust that has long been advertised as an Eisenmann product, and which even has the "Eisenmann" factory logo stamped into it, but which in reality is not built by eisenmann but rather in some el-cheapo factory in Korea, and which Eisenmann GMBH says they never designed, manufactured, or authorized?
Come on guy...How "fake" does it have to be before you consider it "fake"?

And the other thing that sticks out at me is, if you are dealing with a company that did something like that, then why would you ever give them benefit of the doubt when it comes to their other product lines?
They got busted red-handed selling FAKES. Not "rebranded" or "co-developed" or any other fancy language...just FAKES. They ordered up a bunch of crappy cheap exhausts from Korea and stuck Eisenmann's name on them. Newsflash: That's a FAKE.
But now what you're saying is that, since all we know "for sure" is fake at this point is the Meisterchaft line, that everybody should assume that Eisenhaus' other products are authentic?
So if someone sells you a LV wallet and it turns out to be a fugazi, you would seriously tell people to go right on ahead and buy the rolex he's trying to sell, since you only know "for sure" that his wallets are fake???
Among other things, that's just TERRIBLE advice. When someone gets busted selling fakes and scamming people, you cross 'em off the list and avoid them.

He has to be right!!! There's no way the Koreans have the advanced German technology it takes to stamp the words "Made in Germany" and "Eisenmann" on a piece of metal!!
Crisis over people, nothing to see here. Everybody stop worrying.
