On a lighter note, that E63 would've taken it on the twisties
DUDE your TC light flickered right at the start another BAD BAD sign, turn that shi* OFF
Don't believe everything you see. We don't really know what was the status of both cars: maybe one was not stock, maybe they both were not stock, or maybe even they both were. In the end, people can post videos showing any side they want you to see. But on the tracks, here in California, the E63 does start pulling. This can be verified by well-respected members on this board: Juicee63, Jangy, gE63, Trez63, JRocket, etc.... too bad we never got those races on video.

This race was accurate and that 55 was stock. If it was modded then the pump is broken cause the 63 lost traction plus even worse the car shifted right when the E63 driver went WOT, Im suprised the 55 did not pull harder
I actually wasn't referring or questioning his video, I was talking about the older video from youTube.Wasn't there a couple of members on the east-coast planning to test this out with two stock cars?

I think this video settles the debate once and for all. This should be the last thread on this subject.

I don't speak spanish, but I would sure let either one of them teach me

see yeah
Don't blame the members for starting these threads... all this is AMG's fault. If they would've just listened to their customers and made a twin-turbo V8 that is decisively faster than the current E55, there would be no controversy. Instead, they decided to make a side-step instead of a step-up and look what we got. One day E63 is faster, the other day E55 is faster... E55 is faster from a roll, E63 is faster from a dig, etc. We don't know which is faster because they are pretty much the same. All I want to know is who the hell did market research when coming up with this stupid idea? That person should be fired ASAP, AMG customers wanted a twin-turbo V8!

. Instead, Mercedes decided to keep both cars around the same level. However, I'm still hopeful that within the next few years, the new Twin Turbo will eventually be released.
Well put Addicted2Speed
. Not that I hate my 63, but I was really hoping for either a Twin Turbo V8 or at least a 600 hp N/A 63
