Who was it that I was playing with last night in Westwood/ Beverly Hills? The E63 is fast but no contest for my pitch black conquistador. Lol, we were neck and neck until 2nd gear; then I was gone. So far I've never been taken by any AMG.

I raced an M5 (stock) in my SL55 (stock) with a top down and won. We raced to around 150, after about 120 I started pulling away. Raced M6 on the same day and it was about dead even. I would assume that E63 with a weight advantage over SL55 should do better.

I'm just stating a simple fact on my behalf. I'm open to all makes; just love fast cars in general, I've just never had any problems with any 63. I KNOW how to hit my shifts correctly and that plays a big role. Plus, there's less weight on my car without the big mufflers and resonators. I'd love a race if you're in the area.

Still shows a modded 55 will walk an M in a straight and on the streets (which is what he is bragging about). And don't even try to compare the two for modding potential.

Each is different, but he ain't gonna come in here and say that and not expect to get placed.

I expected to loose, and was surprised myself. We had 2 runs on the way to captree with the same outcome. It was 2008 M5 (stock). We had a discussion about this on m5board, not sure if you know JIDEX (M6) he was there when we raced.

Sorry for the watermark and all, it was done for my business, it's my "done cars" portfolio but in any case, it has resonator delete and K&Ns, so it's kicking a little more power then normal. So, to answer your question, is it faster...?

I can say with confidence that the 600 is faster. I've raced her car numerous times, with her driving without her driving and the result is the same, I come out ahead.

She sure does know how to drive though

That is a hot ride. I tell you SL55's exhaust note is just unbelievable, I love that sound especially with top down. I think SL55's got the best exhaust note out of all AMGs today.
