I'm in Florida.
Sorry for being offline... The wireless internet here at the hotel has been down for the past couple of days. I finally found a spot outside that gives connectivity.. lol..
It was great to finally meet all of you guys.
For those that couldnt make it.. Hope to see you at the next one!! We invaded the "Bull Bar" and almost managed to drink them out of beer...
After spending a few hours there, we found a great place called "Gol".. Its a Brazlian style BBQ Meat restaurant... Every kind of BBQ meat you can think of served to you as fast as you want it and as much as you can eat... It was a great place but I think we all walked out of there 10lbs heavier that night. lol..
Albert managed to hand out a few posters and did autograph signing for an hour or so... Alot of Albert's competition from the track showed up to get some posters signed as a momento from their previous encounters with the ultra-fast white E55 they have all come to recognize..
Hey Albert.. Thanks for the poster.. I know this will be worth something one day..

Patrick held some short AMG training classes and did a few show-n-tells with AMG pistons and thermostats inbetween rounds of Bud Light. We were all just trying to soak it all up (the info not the beer).

Bob used the opportunity of guzzling rounds of his favourite beer to reflect on whether he should do a 700hp or 800hp upgrade... Bob, I say, go all the way and do the 800hp..!
Frank spent a good part of the night listening to me trying to convince him to defect back to the AMG side and get rid of the 996TT... So Frank.. Did it work??

And me... Well, I just enjoyed spending some time with some other like-minded gear heads!
I had a great time guys and I definitely will make this a yearly (if not more often) trip to southern Florida..
