service questions
I am due for service A in 3 days. My car has 6500 miles on it and my service guy was concerned that I needed the service already. Is this because I drive my car like I am being chased by gunmen or is it normal? Also, what do I tell him for the 1-2 clunky shift in sport mode. I have the TSB for the squealing brakes somewhere, that is annoying as well. And what do you guys think for a rental, C230, C350 (new model) or ML?

hey, my service rep told me to come by for service at around 3K. I also experience a clunky 1-2 shifts in S, is there a fix for it?

The first service is at 3K and is a free get acquainted visit. Service A is not due until 10K so you can wait if you want. Not sure you want to go to the stealer sooner than you have to.

My car did the same at around 6k. I had the dealer check and they told me the cars service indicators when it was at the port were set incorrectly and they reset it. However when i picked up the message was on still so I browsed on here and found the turn off mode. Check your oil to see if your low or if its dirty.
I did my oil at 8k it was worn and I dont drive too hard.
Good luck on the brakes they wont seem to do anything for me since i have updated parts from production build.

First off, nice ride....as for the loaner, watch out some dealerships outsource their loaner program. house of imports in buena park tried to give me a kia WTF to drive that sounded like it had a squirel stuck in the AC belt. I had to get pissed off to get a C230. the good thing is that the experience will hummble you cause when you get your ride back it just feels sooo good.
