metalized tint new E classes???
Is anybody running any reflective tint on a newer E class with keyless go?
I was just told by a tinit shop that you can't run any type of metal tint. It actuall voids your warranty and screws a whole bunch of stuff up. Is this true.
Can anybody refer a tinit place in the San Jose area that is not Mr. Tint

Is this the same as metallic tint? Mine has it and never interferes w/ keyless go or what not. All I heard is it may interfere w/ phone reception and radar. But don't have that problems either
Could there be multiple types of metallic tint?
I don't know San Jose... but my last car went to Premier (a forum sponsor)... they did a very good job but unfortunately don't carry metallic.

Metallic tint may cause issues with radio reception and the navigation system. However, some owners report having no such problems.
To be on the safe side, I went with ceramic tint.
