Thanks.... Really would prefer anything besides black. I have an 2006 CPO car lined up right now, full options (I mean, every option) ($94k+ list) and 16k miles..CPO'd till 2012..
We are very close at this point, on price(about $2k apart). I may pull the trigger on it, next week.

I do not have to sell it, I wrote a check when I bought it and was thinking of getting a different car. If I cannot get everything I want out of it, I'll just park it in my 5 car garage and use it on occasion. I love the car and think it's awesome but I change cars quite often.

This is a weird thread. He wants to buy an E55, and there are plenty listed out there on the usual suspects websites (Ebay, Autotrader, Carmax, etc.) so why didn't he just go ahead and buy one? Their are some great prices out there also.
If he is so concerned about being CPO or warranty etc, then he could get that at a MB dealer. When I got my CLS, I had it inspected by an MB dealer down the street from the dealership I bought it from, had it shipped, done deal. I can get a warranty through MB for another 60K as an option right now if I want. Simple.
I don't get this one...
