Are the inner lips overlayed in carbon fiber?

i just got an estimate to do this to my wheels...except i'm going with a thinner rim stripe. needles to say, i like it!

imagine the cost to fix when you curb a wheel. I know we all try our hardest to not knick the curb but it happens to the best of us. when i curbed my audi i almost lost it. my wife looked and smiled and said "you need to get out more"

overall = good looking wheels.
