Manheim numbers for 2005 E55
I am not trying to step in "it" here, I am too new and not even an owner -- yet, but I am in the market to purchase (I just backed out of the '04 because the CPO could not be trans and ya'll told me -get a car WITH WARRANTY -- despite what my wife says, I DO listen!) and happen to have access -- here are the most recent Manheim numbers (I ran them today):

2005 E55 Black / Black Every available option except Sat radio
They could be lemon law cars, damaged or mechanically unsound cars. Manheim runs anything through the gate, they do not discriminate. I also have never seen such a conserted effort by a group to find such great deals, even non-AMG owners are working on it. I hope you have a dealers license and get to buy a non-CPO car on your own. I wish you luck with it's condition and what warranty it has, if any. If you recall any modifications on the AMG voids the warranty, so you better have your lift with you to look underneath it and a portable computer to pull the title to see if it's clean and then call the dealer to see if the warranty is in effect. Alot of people do not even know if a car is modified until something goes wrong, then they get F-ed when you go in for service.
