temp of gague cluster
I just got my E55 and the temp gague is reading up to 100c is that ok? what is operating temp and what temp is the max is should b4 i need to let the car cool down.

Mine stays around 80C and spikes to 100C when driving hard.

depending on the weather..

cool days.. I'm 2 bars under 100

really hot days.. 100 or just above... depend if I'm cruising on the highway or stuck in traffic.

100 should be okay.

um....we in Kuwait (on of the hotest county's in the world) usuly get 1-2 bars over 80
does pulley really generate that much heat!!!!?

what year is your car? check your fan,radiator,leaks. a 100 celsius is on the high side.ooops yours is 03,normal temp,80 to 85 c.
