Track day on Tuesday March 25 9am-5pm
If anyone is interested for a track day at MIR on Tuesday 9-5 then let me know. I have installed the Kleemann LSD, Mickey thompson drag radials and now a N20 bottle heater to help me get past the 10.80 threshold and possibly surpass the 10.74 e.t. that Albert has established. Wish me luck!

It was 87 degrees here so my dry Ice allowed me one good pass , hopefully you will not have such heat to contend with.
please get some video as well ,

Wish I knew about this earlier, I would have loved to join you at the track! Unfortunately Tuesday is a very important day and alot of things need to be done for our Swedish collaborators. Good luck on going faster!!! I'm pretty confident tuesdays weather will get you down further than 10.80

He has no need to ice down his IC's.. The nitrous will be MORE than sufficient to cool the air charge down while giving him a few more PSI out of the turbos.. If anything i would say go up a jet size or 2 on the nitrous and fuel.. But then again I would do that on the dyno first before the track..
Steph what fuel you planning on running?

Thanks everyone and I'll be running Sunoco 104 GT+. I'll get some ice too for the intercoolers as I usually do this on track days.

If you did this on a Saturday I would be so in as I wanted to baseline my 600 before it gets chipped..
Has anyone tried runnin a couple of gallons of E85 as an alternative to race fuel? There is an E85 station not too far from me and at 1/4 the cost of race fuel and a 105 octane rating that would be kick *** alternative..
PS - You guys need to check out Cecil County Raceway.. The Cecil Mod alone is worth 2 tenths off your ET..

Yes...we have a new record but it wasn't without more broken parts...arrgh!! My best pass of the day with exactly the same setup as before with the LSD and a N20 bottle heater(which helped the most) was a 10.58@132.46. The weather conditions couldn't have been more ideal with an air temp of around 50 degrees, low relative humidity, and a barometer of 30.20 or so. The DA with these #'s was in the -600ft range. Last run of the day my buddy stepped in the car and the drivers side rear axle snapped when he hit the N20 slightly before the 60ft mark. It could have been worse as the pinion didn't shear this time. Obviously these cars rear end parts are not made for drag racing with much more than the ECU/TCU tune and not the extra 100hp or so that the N20 gives. I had a great time anyways and I'll be ordering a new axle shaft. Here is the breakdown of my best run:
60'-1.610
330'-4.521
1/8-6.885@105.55
1000-8.880
1/4-10.585@132.46
Other passes of the day were 10.66@131.72, 10.70@132.17, 10.87@127.19. I ran an 11.29@122.46 1.63 60' with no N20 just to see how it ran without the extra help.

AWESOME!!! I knew you would break the record! You should invest in some upgraded axles buddy. Better than the hassle of replacing them everytime you go to the strip.
East coast representing AGAIN! Where are the west coast guys?
lol I'm just messing around.
