VRP ECU Tuning Questions
I currently have ASP, VRP intakes, Code3 HE, Prim cats and Reso removed.
1) Currently is there a standard tune for me?
2) How long would the proceedure take? I am local.
3) After the tune, can I still take the car to MB for service? Will they flash it back to stock if they noticed the map is different?
4) How much to re-tune when additional mods are added afterwards?
Thank you.

From what I know:
1. VRP should have a tune and would have PowerChips do it.
2. Send PowerChips the ECU overnight and they send it back overnight which should be a two full day process.
3. Dealers should not flash it unless they get codes indicating a problem with the ECU. If you have a good relationship with your SA, I would ask them not to do anything to the ECU because you have heard it decreases performance. I do this along with telling them NOT to wash the car.
4. PowerChips charges $100.00 for re-tunes...Not sure if that is the standard deal with VRP also.
My thoughts.

Timeless, thank you for pitching in.
You are pretty much right on.

If you can come down to the shop, it will take about two hours. I do have a tune that will match your mods.
Feel free to PM or call with any other questions or to make an appointment.
