Aftertaking off the 1st gear it make this "click noice" under the hood. It only happen when take off from the 1st gear.Could it be the engine or suspension-torque and bushing wear and tear? So far only has 27k miles.

is it more like a mechanical rattle? if so your engine could be pinging. I recenly bought an ML63 AMG and had the same problem. I had a rapid fire rattle noise that accured at about 1000-1500 rpm range and only when engine was at operatiing temp and especailly bad going up hills when the engine was under strain. Mine was a ignition timing problem that was identifed by the MB guys when they hooked it up to the computer but it can also be more commonly caused by using the wrong octane fuel. In australia where i am it is easy to get 98 octane (the recommended fuel standard) but i have read on the ML63 forum that it is almost impossible to get 98 octane at regular gas station, more often its 91 octane. That stuff ill definately have an adverse efect on an AMG63 engine
