Easy care warranty/any extended for that matter
Regarding Easy Care- purchased a warranty on my AMG, but did not receive any paperwork or anything, but have "extended warranty" with an amount listed on my sales contract.
Is this tied in w the VIN or something?
If I need to make a claim do they have the records at my dealership (W VIN - NOT where I purchased car) or do I need to provide some sort of ID card?
Would 2 months of warranty ownership be too long if I decided I wanted to cancel and receive pro-rated refund and take my chances w mechanical breakdowns? Are these contracts non-refundable (I have zero claims)
Thanks!

I too have the Easycare service contract and you should have received the "packet" and the id cards within the first 30 days of ownership. Easycare can look your coverage up by VIN, I would call them and verify that you got what you paid for (or, got what you think you bought). Call the number listed on the top of your paperwork (you should have received when you bought your car or, google to get the #) and ask them. I can't comment about the refund, I don't know the answer to that one. I will say this, my "warranty" has already paid for 35% of itself when I had to have the audio gateway replaced -- a cost of over $1,100.00. I am CERTAIN I made the right choice in purchasing the coverage. Hope this helps!
