Real Cars
Wow, thanks everyone for the kind words... I have to tell you, the car is extremely impressive and absolutely a blast to drive. I will post more impressions later on. I have said it before, the biturbo V12 is just a phenomenal engine and the R230 has the looks to boot. I debated what car to get a LOT, and in the end this was what I chose over numerous other options.
To answer a few questions - I absolutely got warranty on the car, it was bought from an MB dealer and I got the MB Extended Care until 2011. This car will be driven.
Also, I did not sell my E55. This is the sports/summer car, E55 is my every day monster. As I have said in other conversations, I don't really think the E and SL can ever really compare, two very different cars with very different purposes. Both fantastic cars, anyway you slice it though.

My E55 will also be a keeper but I've always wanted a convertible in my stable and getting a retractable hardtop during the rainy season in Florida is a great plus (sunny one minute and a downpour the next).
How much did MB tack on for the extended MB (?) warranty? Again...enjoy and give us your impressions between the SL600 and E55 with the SL65.

Wow, you are harsh! I can assure you I only use K-Mart 3 shot cameras, hence the 3 pictures posted, I am way above that 1-shot crap.
I should have more pictures tomorrow or over the weekend. She's a bit dusty and needs a wash.
