The shop that works on my car was working on a white M5 that is running One Lap of America this past week and I must say white is a really good color for an M car.

So Jangy just shws up at HMS on Saturday at 10 o'clock to drop a bunch of parts off. Ed prolly comes in and goes WTF!!>?!?!?! Earnest was bustin my chops the whole time!
Anyhow, now to decide what to do to the car. I want to get the car cleaned up, so I can enjoy the benz part again. The things I was thinking of were:
Calipers (probably red, but maybe yellow)
White lights in the mirrors tinted
Lower portions of side skirts / front airdam refinished (oem or other color)
Black rear star (on trunk)
Black Chrome trim (exterior)
Change out the bulbs all around (I dunno which ones to do)
What else?
I also have some fixing of my own that I wanna run up there and do while its on the rack so I may be seeing the OC fellas in the coming week.
Back on topic, I didn't even call or anything and everyone was extra cool just letting me dump a bunch of junk off. They asked me what it was for and I just said I would call later and talk to Ed. They said sure and just started shooting the crap with me. I would have stayed, but wifey expected me home by 12.

As much as I like the painted calipers, I havent done them because I thin kthat they only look good with different rims, and I love my stock rims. (and its pretty expensive). But Jangy, If you tint the mirror lights and paint the calipers yellow (would you put the Brabus sticker or the AMG sticker on?) it would be gorgeous. Last night at dinner me and my friend were talking about a black CL65 that we saw over a year ago, black rims, yellow AMG calipers. It left an impression on us from over a year ago.
