Over the past week I've seen 2 non amg cars with AMG license plate frames and a regular 5 series BMW with a M5 frame.
Not rebadged cars, but why use the frame. I don't get people sometimes.

Dunno...might be dealer installed frame if that is the only thing pointing to posing as an AMG or M. I know it took me about 6 months of forgetting to take the dealer license plate frame off before I got around to it...

Why do people who don't own a ferrari buy and wear Ferrari products? I own an M5 hat and never owned an M5. It was my way of saying: I like the product, and appreciate it. Having said that, I would NEVER put an SLR license plate (if there is one...) on my E63's rear end.
