Most, if not all of us, have at least another car in the stable to drive. I am curious how do you use your AMG beast? As a DD or if not, how much do you drive it?

For me, 2 days out of 7 in a week.

If anyone knows how to make a poll, this may be fun to see on a chart.

I drive the S4 downtown most days... it's small, nimble, and I'm not really concerned about leaving it parked outside or wherever. When winter comes, snows go on the S4 and it does most of the driving duty. We don't have a garage in our building so the car has to sit outside. I take the E55 sometimes as well, depending on my mood. SL I will take to work on a Friday or a real nice day that has me wanting to drive with the top down. I do have a garage space but it's a few blocks away so I have to give myself extra time to get between there and the office. Plus if it's raining/bad weather, I prefer not to make the extra walk. We also have an office closer to the airport and when I go out to it, it's always a toss up depending on weather/mood.

I will be honest, sometimes it is a hard choice. On nights and on weekends, it's usually a hard call. If I'm going out with the boys or another couple and we have 3 or 4 people, obviously the SL is out. When I have the choice, body count irrelevant, I have to say it's not always easy. I really love all 3 cars (The AMGs the most, of course)...

I know I don't want to take my AMG to the Tenderlion or MLK parkway or ESJ areas when I go noodlehouse hunting.

I put about 60 miles a day. I have a gas saving car I thought i'd be using more often, but I cant stand not driving the 55. So the gas saver sits in the garage and the 55 goes where ever I go.

I only drive it to work if it's nice. If there is rain or rain in the forecast it stays in the garage. I end up driving it 2-3 days per week. Don't take it if the wind is blowing because it gets dusty. If it's nice in the evening I drive it.

Notwithstanding that BS, I drive it really hard and put her up wet.

I never drive to sporting events because I've had my wheels stolen and my door keyed.

I keep it clean so when I go out, people notice. Also, I don't have a big ego, at all. It's a pride thing.
