I have an 03 e55..... (no nav, no keyless, no blue tooth) any way to ad options to my car? any way to ad keyless or blue tooth or i pod hook up?

 

Most options, yes, but be aware they are typically expensive. Keyless Go cannot be added. Nav, Parktronic, Distronic, Bluetooth, etc have all been retrofitted before.

You can add all of those things if you have the coin. Factory Nav will run you about $1k w/out install (available on Ebay all day long), Bluetooth will run you between $200 and $500 depending on whether or not you have a phone hook up in your center console, and the keyless go is an absolute be-otch because you have to buy so many different parts that go in all sorts of odd hard to reach places. You are probably looking at close to $3500 to do all three.

My advice? Pick up a VR550 package and aftermarket DVD/Nav headunit with built in bluetooth. You will spend about the same and have a much faster car.
