'05 E55 AMG
Hi everyone
I've been a ghost on the boards for a few years but finally pulled the trigger as of last Friday. She's an 05 with 33,000 mi and I couldn't be any happier! I lost my C32 last month due to being sandwiched and knew what I had to do in order to fill that void in my heart. Everyone here is so helpful and hopefully I can contribute something at some point. Let the mods begin!

Ya the previous owner said the car was ordered that way but I think they were removed. I cant decide whether to get k badges or just debadge the fenders all the way.

Seems to me you should badge it the way Mercedes intended. I personally like the look.
A lot of folks around here like to pile on the posers, but when you are debadging, you are doing the same thing essentially. It isn't like you are carrying the AMG stick anymore when you trounce someone who thinks you are running around in a normal E class and can't figure out why you are 10 car lengths ahead. Or 2 car lengths if it is an M5...

Debadging is a factory option that many in the EU chose to exercise.

So, if someone debadged their AMG, but rather threw on an E350/E550, etc. badge, you would agree? I only ask because that has been suggested as well.
