Car prices & period of time + miles on cars in the US are sily! for the prices they go for....you guys seem to have a fobiya for:
a. drinving the car past a set amount of miles
b. how old the car is and am talking 1-5years, which is not very old
c. your prices are dirt cheap
...am even considering dirt might be more expensive per tun
This is just an observation

u fail to mention that in German cars everything else other than the motor starts to fail after 100k miles. and if you think the kompressor V8 will last 300k with regular maintenance, ..
electroincs is one thing, you get that will all the big brands nowadays
but engine fail on stock car?
Do you have proof?
or is this guestimate?
It's pretty common knowledge that F/I engines last far less than the same engine would if it were N/A. That's probably the main drawback to F/I, to be honest.
The high pressures put more fatigue and stress on everything, the rings, valves, pistons, camshafts, etc. If it was driven gingerly, it might be a different story, but I think we all know that probably isn't the case with a high-performance car like an E55.
Although I guess a lot of it still has to do with how well the car is built, judging by how many 63 owners have been on here complaining about strange noises, knocking, ticking, etc, on a 20k mile motor. So there's no hard and fast rule, but even then you can bet that a F/I 63 motor would not last nearly as long as a N/A one. F/I definitely shortens the lifespan.

In the end, I'd also take it for $20k and just be prepared to spend the money where needed. Asking $29k is just
.
