Track prep was really good that day but has been better in my opinion. Sick prep is when the shoe literally comes off by being stuck to the track Here is what my shoes look like after a day at MIR

I wonder how much HP those shoes will give me...lol! Better yet will I be able to nail a 1.59 60'?
