Was anyone from the board there last night (May 29th)? I drove by at about 10 pm on my way home from the office and the place was PACKED. I am talking 300 cars packed. I saw one white E55, but I only buzzed through quickly.

 

I wanted to make it but couldn't. Now I wish I did.

Edgewater is a town in Northern New Jersey. In the parking lot of a shopping center in that town, hundreds of cars (and people nearly half my age) gather on Thursday nights.

I'll make it out there next week. Everyone in Yonkers was talking about Edgewater last night. I heard it was a lot of fun and they had some very fast, cool cars.

 

I was planning on going,but when I got home at 7pm I got an emergency call from work,a possible gas leak.I drove all the way BACK to work(3 miles past the Starbucks on JFK Blvd).I finished up around 1am and drove by the lot.It ws pretty dead by then so I just went home.
Next week if the weathers good Im there....

Also,anybody wanna hit O.B.I./Jones Beach early sunday??? I hear it's gettin jam packed w cars again

 

My brother is part of the Porsche/Audi crew and has been trying to get me to go. I might check it out in a couple of weeks. It would be way cooler if I knew all you guys were going so I could see some tricked out E's.

 

It's Thurs night...anyone going? I'll be there with the Vette.

there are actually people from multiple boards that go up...i know 6speedonline has had an ongoing thread about it for a good while now....i went up a few weeks ago but besides a few porsches and 2 vettes all i saw was ricer types...hoping to get more people to go up with nicer cars lol...and would love to get a drive in afterwards if anyone was up for it?

 

Got my PS3 bundle with Metal Gear Solid 4 last night. I wasn't going to leave my house if it was on fire.

 

I'll make it there one of these days. Probably next week as I'm trying to meet up with Joon to see his E55. I'm pretty sure my brother goes like every week with his 996TT and his Porsche and Audi group.

 

I was there with bunch of my friends last nite...
It was PACKED compared to last year.
Cop were giving tickets at the entrance/exit areas.
I love to chill/talk with car enthusiasts, but i think it's becoming little too "Ghetto"....All the ricers especially....they don't behave and basically ignore the cops all night long.
I don't think Im gonna go there as often as i used to....

My brother told me the story. Some cops are such dicks, and that's coming from a guy whose in laws are all cops I told my brother we'll get together before you go back since I really want to check out your E55. From your description of Edgewater, it doesn' sound like my scene.
