Pricing for a stock AMG airbox???
Guess lots of the N/A guys are getting good results off our Kompressor airboxes so there's been some increased interest of buying our used ones.
I know a few of us have stockers sitting around.
What do you think they are worth in good shape?
Thanks for any input.
Jim

Okay, so just off the phone with the dealer and a new airbox runs 370$ new. That is both sides, (left and right sold separately) and the tubes in the middle as a total unit. It would NOT include the plastic tubes that connect the airbox to the front of the car.
So I guess at 60% of cost of new we would be at 222 and 50% of new cost would be 185.
Least we now know.

you can get them online new for about $350. that includes the left box, right box, and the rear splitter and tubes. the rear splitter and tubes used to be sold separately, but is now serviced as an assembly. LET and VRP might be offering them with green or k&n filters, which would explain the price difference. Anyway, if anyone has a set that they would sell for $150 or so, please send me a pm. thanks!
