Congrats. I'm having mine installed sometime next month. Is it possible for you to post some soundclips at idle and accel? Thank you.

Looks like they did a very good job on the install......

The tips seem a little bit low, is that normal for these muflers? I noticed the same thing on Rick's CLS63 as well.

Can you provide a top view pic?

They sit perfect in person.. Pix make it seem like there sagging.. Seems to sit out far, but thats the only way to do it because the shorter tip, outter one, is flush with the edge of the bumper... Ill try to get a vid asap..

Thanks for the pic, they look like they fit perfectly....

I've heard how they sound on the track, and they're definitely one of the best sounding exhaust systems out there.

By the way, your car looks amazing.....

Thanks guys.. Yeah the sound is truly unique. Def better than Eisenmann. I started it today, and my girl was like, " why does it sound like a boat?" lol, damn women have no clue!! As far as droning, there is a lil on the highway. I assume this is due to the res removal. I love it though. Downshift burble is fantastic!! Will try my best to get some vids tommrow..

hey cool exhaust..

if you removed the res pipe and are sitll getting drone, did you put in an X-Pipe> they really help reduce drone to almost nil..

Installing an x-pipe wont help considering there already is an H-pipe where the stock secondary cats are... The drones not bad.. I can deal with it..

great looking exhaust,,

the X-pipe really does help with drone, I have tried with and without,,
and so have lots of people,, if you get a good one like the magnaflow x-pipe that is a true X-pipe that scavenges, and balances sound flow from the banks
it does help drone..

the problem is there are alot of crap x-pipes out there that are not true x-pipes, and merge improperly..

I di dalot of research on this before I installed mine,, and talked to AMG,
and MERC about it, as well as some race team techs I know,.
and they all seemed to agree the x-pipe helps drone.. and sound..

glad your drone is not too bad, and you like it, but if it gets on your nerves,
try the MAGNA X-pipe, it really smooths out the tones

enjoy your new toy !

Now to you, Cyberdecals, with your E550 masquerading as an AMG.
