The driver side front airmatic on my parents car just went out. It is a E320 and the car on that corner is now sitting at least 6 inches higher than usual. Is it safe to drive to the dealership in this condition, or do I need to have it towed? Thanks for any information that is provided

I'd ask the dealer to come get it.

I would have it towed. If it is up, then I would look at the opposite rear. If that bag blew, the front would pop up like that.
