Man... this is like the 6th or 7th threads you're asking what kind of cars to buy... it's getting boring... what's next?
- What to replace mom's maybach
- What to buy w/ $130K
- What to buy w/ $100-120K
- What to buy between S550/S63 vs. Maserati QP
etc. etc. etc.
Can't you decide yourself? Why don't you just go out and try all the cars you like? If you don't like it after purchase, then dump it and move on...
I wonder whether you do the same for things not related to cars
like girls?

Guys, my uncle is thinking about trading in his F-16 C Strike Eagle for something new. I know it's not the best for fuel economy but we were thinking about getting an F-18E SuperHornet.
Or we could just splurge and go for the F-22 Raptor, suggestions?

I would choose none of the above....I would take an S65 and pocket the leftover.
OT...I ran across an S65 owner a few weeks ago. He simply wanted the best sedan that Mercedes produced and a ton of power to go with the luxury. While I personally see nothing wrong with that, the E55 or equivalent is all I require in a luxo cruiser. Beyond that, it just seems pointless to me but I am a sports car guy so what do I know about luxo sleds?!

If you had a look at a Maybach you will know the driving position sucks - its for a Chaffeur. Its a pointless car unless you are a passenger.
Bentley and Rolls at least you can drive yourself and not look like a noob. But again in the versions you mentioned, you still need to be a passenger, not the driver.
So just keep the car you have it is enuf to be driven around in.
If you want to drive yourself, as has been said, get the S65 and save yourself some cash for an F430 to have some real fun.
