I need some used tires for lease trade in, in the Northeast

I'm going to be turning in the E500 early, and I dont want to buy a new set of tires... to turn it in with... I need fronts and rears...

Tire sizes I need
Fronts:
245/40-18

Rears:
265/35-18

I dont need 4 matching tires but I do need the fronts to match and the rears to match...

I am absolutely bald...
