Installing VRP pulley...need help!
I'm planning on installing the VRP pulley tomorrow. I have a couple of unanswered questions I thought I'd post.
I think the main bolt is supposed to be torqued to 148ft/lbs (200Nm) + 90 degree turn, can someone confirm? also, the six smaller bolts which bind the 2 piece pulley, does anyone know what the torque specs are on those? I need to disassemble the pulley to use the pulley holder tool that comes with the VRP kit.
I'm planning to remove front engine cover and then the fan shroud, from the bottom. Take off belt. Unbolt and wiggle out the OEM pulley. Align the VRP pulley with the crank key and seat it, (do you just push in the pulley onto the crank or is there sequence for seating the pulley?). Using the supplied VRP tool hold the pulley and torque the main bolt to the specs above. Reassemble the pulley with the six bolts, torque to ???. replace belt and work backwards to assemble everything. Any elaboration or correction on the above would be much appreciated???

I've been drooling over a coupe for sometime, looking to build one in the future as a pure track car. with the power to weight ratio of a bike, it dosn't make much better.

The coupe is really sweet, too. I got to check out one on the showroom floor during a visit to the Factory Five plant in Wareham. If not for the GTM I'd have built the coupe. The coupe build is also supposed to be more straight-forward, FWIW. GTMs are taking 1000+ hours but the coupe is supposed to be in the range of 200-300 hours.

Most cars on this site can be bought for a $$$. 1000hrs to build your own car is a whole different world. Looking forward to some finished pictures.
Just up to the wiring stage so no complete pictures to show. I hope to get through wiring to the go kart stage by mid-August. Definitely looking forward to hearing the roar of the LS6 through the H-pipe.
