Cheapest Dealer to Find Blue Tooth - 5878 not 5839
I'm not comfortable with ebay and I'd prefer purchasing from a dealer for warranty issues. The two dealers near me want $471+. If that's a fair price, I'll probably just pick it up locally.

FYI, I got mine on Ebay for $370 and had no problem. Obviously, you just have to be comfortable with the seller...

While my E55 is an 04 the Bluetooth is different, but my dealer wanted same price $470.00. I took a copy of an Ebay add in to a dealer and said "Meet this price" $368.00 and I'll pay $50.00 to have it installed (plug in and velcro down) and the car version coded, the parts man scoffed and said No way. I said fine and returned to the service entrance to get my car (after exhaust recall) the service manager had gotten a call from the parts man and he said OK to $368 and the service manager said OK to the $50 install and version coding. Quote over phone was $700+ originally.
Moral, Mercedes mark up is over 1000% on accessories they will deal and if they don't, they are in trouble, and you should not deal with them anyway.

I purchased mine on ebay from mbenzparts, package was in great shape and it was 5878 as offered, never opened. The auctions fluctuate but I paid $290 for mine.
