I'm about to pull the trigger on VRP's VR600 S/U

I've been dwelling on purchasing VRP's VR600 kit and I'm hoping some opinions and comments will push me over the fence. I believe the kit includes Pulley, ECU tune, K&N filters, short headers, and 80mm TB. I live in the Bay Area and visit Irvine, Ca. often (in-laws live there) which is near Costa Mesa...Vadim's shop.

I've also been thinking of replacing the 80mm TB for a HE instead. I would love to have everything installed but the wife says no Either way I would be installing the next item at the begining of next year.

Bass...I'd refrain from replacing the TB for an HE...I don't think the HE has the same amount of airflow.

Mine has 178mm pulley, Power Chip ECU, K&Ns, CF airbox, 80mm TB, and HEMs and I like it. Tuning the car with Vadim has been fun. I'd go for the TB before the HE, especially with your weather. Make sure you get the software from PC that is best on the '06.

Jangy - How would I speak to about making sure I get the correct software for my 06...VRP? If I'm not mistaken VRP uses PC for their tunes...correct?

Don't worry, Vadim will take care of it. He'll make sure you have the latest software

That is right, just deal with Vadim. Yes, Powerchip does the ECU.
