OK as Jim has stated, The weather may or may not be a problem. We can either head out on Friday morning from Cleveland and hit the turnpike or go straight to 80. Both are not a problem but I'm used to 80 when I travel.
ALi's packing a K40 on his car and will be flying, just gotta start packing up my cloths for this weekend. Long sleeves and Hoodies!!!!!!
Anybody need anything specific from Cleveland? Other than White Castle burgers?

I just looked at the weather and they are caling for 6-12 inches of lake effect snow around the bottom of the lake between late Thursday night thru Friday Morning. I'm sure you know how that lake effect show is, in looking at the forescast map it appears they are calling for the snow about only 12 miles inland, it appears the only portion that will have any snow coverage is a 9 mile stretch of I80/94 between Gary and Portage, the rest of the way should be clear sailing all the way to the track. You can easily avoid this by taking the southern route through Indianapolis, just take I94 south until it ends at Route 30 and then take route 30 east a few miles to I65 S to I70 E, it appears this route will only add about 1 hour to the trip. I am considering this route for myself, my hauler and trailer is over 68' long, can't be much fun in the snow. It looks like we will have no issues on the return drive home on Sunday.
This will be a last second decision...

Any help from any of you guys as to where I can park my hauler when I'm in DC? My hotel only has an underground garage with 10 foot clearence. A freind told me that Wal-marts are RV freindly and will allow RV and such to park in their lots overnight, is there a Wal-Mart anywhere near DC?

Sorry I didnt make a list of who is going because usually people dont show. From off the top of my head.. a few turbo BMWs, some fast Evos, some fast 300Zx's, fastest IS300, some supras, a bunch of benzes, a couple S4's, an RS6, a couple mustangs, etc etc

I dont think I have ever seen a Walmart in DC. Its gonna be tough finding a place to park that huge thing in DC. You can park it in the street by my house but i'm a good 20-30 minutes outside of DC depending on where you are staying. Plus I would be out all night in your CLK But seriously, if you wanna leave the trailer here, I can give you a ride to your hotel. Prolly cant bring you back in the morning though because I will have to be at MIR bright and early, plus traffic is a biatch into DC in the morning

You can count on a couple SRT8s as well.
Thanks
