My wife works for Lexus and she brought home a "Brass Hat" IS-F last night. I took it for some quick runs today up to 140 mph. The car is not as fast IMO as the E55's/63's but it does feel planted at speed. The handling is above par, feeling more like a BMW, and the paddle shifters work good; I was able to pull some 2nd and 3rd gear chirps with them.
The looks of the car are subjective and I dont care for the stacked tailpipes but the shadow chrome wheels (or whatever color they are) look good and the brakes are reasonable. She brought home the blue one and I like the color but the novelty of that will wear off after a few months Im sure.
Would I get one, no. But the wife has to drive a Lexus to get her allowance and this is probably the car I would want for her right now, in white. Of course what she wants and what I want are two different things Im sure.
