Service H
I've done my homework and I know what Service H entails. However, should I be concerned that my 35k mile 05 E55 is asking for this? The service menu has basically all the number 1-14 included except for 3, 8, 11 and 13. It even has the one that includes changing the spark plugs. Should I be worried? Anyone have this done?

IMO the assyst plus system wasn't the best service indicator mercedes ever came out with.
When I do services on assyst plus vehicles I very rarely go by what the car is calling for. Mostly because of the issue you are facing with services being "due" yet they don't actually meet the parameters of the MB service sheet. I believe spark plugs are due every 100k or 5years, neither of which your car has probably met.
If I remember I will try to post the service sheet that shows the intervals for all services.
