+1 on GB. But WTF on sending all the wheels to one location, that would never work. Also how am I suppose to go 5 WEEKS without a steering wheel?!? No steering wheel = No car WTF?

Correct if I'm wrong but I believe the seller is just asking you to send your stock wheel IF you want a $50 refund/rebate.
