Service D+?????????? Help!!!
My car is coming up for service D+ (2004, e55). Items are 1,9,12,14. Items 1 and 14 are mostly functional checks and general inspections. Items 9 is to replace the brake fluid and 12 is to change engine oil and filter.
So, I called an indy shop and got a quote for $200 for oil change and to replace the brake fluid. I also called a MB dealership and got a quote for $300 with the same job.
But, if I do service D+, it will be $400 for both indy shop and MB dealership.
My question to you guys is, should I do the full service D+ or should I do the inspection myself and get oil change and brake fluid replace at the shop only! Any inputs or opinions are appreciated.
