First, you can do that stock. With any pulley/tune, VR550 included you should be able to do it with relative ease... but driver skill does come into play as does the quality of your tires. When you are comparing cars with as little as a .5 sec of a second difference in the 1/4 mile, your reaction time off the light, if you are in a hypothetical street race, is as important as the 550 horsies.
