Dyno methods ?

What are the proper ways to dyno these cars on a dynojet? Tried to get some baseline runs in today but had trouble with proper gear and kickdown.. tires also spun on the dyno on all runs.. I had the car in dyno mode.

Speed limit shut down showed 142 mph on the runs. Car was run through 3-4 th during sampling gears.

First run TQ light was not working and only showed hp. STD was the sampling.

Would like to go back but need to have the dyno/car set for how everyone is running..

Opps, also on the 3rd try a heater hose blew off at top speed .. fluid everywhere.. hose was next to brake booster.

Saw a 2008 C6 zo6 with rear twin exhaust turbos on it there.

Sounds like we need a TYDOHTD55 (Tell your dyno operator how to dyno a 55) thread...

I bet a lot of people need to know how to inform shops on dyno mode, cooling, keeping tranny from down shifting, reading RPM, strapping a Benz correctly to the rollers, etc. etc.

I think we are god for 1-3 single gear pulls only.. no time to mess around or your IAT`s will cook and power gone..

Blowing my heater hose off was a mess!! 3rd pull of 2-4th gear WOT runs!!
