Needs to be done in a special version of STAR called "developer" edition.
If you have a Star, you can go here to purchase the key gen, if it's at a stealer, then you are out of luck unless they wanna tinker with their own Star.......unlikely.

Thanks for the tip, we are now into STAR and found in gear settings VMAX options. But the confusing thing is that we did not find any VMAX unlimited options but we found 4 options all displaying VMAX 250 kph (155 mph) with some additional info in german and some other VMAX settings which were lower than 250 kph. Are you suposed to pick one of these four 250 kph options to get unlimited VMAX or is there some other way to set it to unlimited by entering a free value?
