I have parktronic on my E63 conversion...it is a real b*tch and you are too late as what you needed to do was custom fit the E55 sensors to the E63 bumper BEFORE it was painted. Going the route of fitting the E63 sensors, harness, and control box to the E55 is not the way to do it and very costly but will also work.
Are you sure it will work with E55 electronics?
And.. I have front sensors for E55 in silver with harness for sale..!

They are $3,500 if you have distronic or about $3,250 if you don't. This is list price.
Some have claimed they have done it for $1,500 but that is a load of BS as the bumper is $1,150, the grill is $450+, and you still have all the mesh, foglights, fasteners, all the bumper internals, and the undertray to do it correctly and these bits add up quickly.

I can verify this... 600 euro for distronic grill only in EU...
