When will the 2009 e-class come out and do you think the prices for the
w211 will drop when it does?Should i purshase a e55 or stick it out for a bit till the 2009's come in.

 

The 09s are out now, so you may be referring to the 2010 W212 E. The 2010s should be out in August 09 and MSRP on an E class AMG will be $90K+-.
I think the 03-06 E55s will not fall much more than they have already, but the 07-09 E63s will suffer disproportionately with the introduction of the W212.

its not CPO so im a little reluctant to drop the $36900
without a decent Warranty.The car is MINT,I did a VIN
check at MB as well as a CARFAX(for what carfax is worth)
all check out well one owner off lease.Still missing my
210 55,practacly gave it away.

 

THAT IS A DEAL - 36K for a 05 with 23K ON THE CLOCK - I SAY BARGAIN.
an aftermarket warranty if you negotiate with the deal will only run around
3-5k
