Probably not until the new year. I'm scheduled for the dealers 3rd allotment, so no rush. I haven't finallized my options, but am leaning this way;
Thunder grey, ebony Recaro package (Alcantera wheel, shifter, metal pedals, blah,blah) (seriously considering NO SUNROOF)
Mods will be cam/(springs&rockers)/torque converter/headers&exhaust/tune and M&H drag radials (18")

be nice to him guys~
He's never drag-raced before and just got into the car scene couple months ago...
So, i told him about this event and hes very interested...
Unfortunately, My car is in Jersey..So, ill most likely roll with him if he goes.

We are working on our tune for the E92 M3....perhaps your buddy needs a secret mod?

Well, I decided I wanted to attend this event early then leave by noon to get home and get ready for the wedding, however I still have not recieved my new seats and to the best of my knowledge they have not shipped from Italy yet. Unless by some miricle I get the seats by mid next week I will not be attending this event. My old seats are out of the car and I don't feel like reinstalling them again only to have to remove them again once the new seats arrive. Removing the factory seats was more work than I expected, very tight quarters with the roll cage and due to the fact the seats don't have much adjustability.
Besides, you guys are assured of good weather if I don't show up, if I showed up it would definetly rain LOL! 75% of the track days I planned this year got rained out.

It won't suprise anyone, it's a 12.00 car, I have never run it on slicks or drag radials, it has some serious traction issues. On slicks and lots of playing with suspension settings it's probably a 11.5 car all day but it really is the definition of useless horsepower. Tons of power and torque + terrible chasis = slow race car
I was thinking about your traction issues in the CLK. Have you looked at your rear camber settings? I've seen lowered cars with excessive camber have similar results as yours.
