Thank you! We actually spent a lot of time designing that cap and felt it is simple and not overdone. The cap actually shown on the S550 above was the first caps we did, which we are not doing anymore. We only did it on that one set, those caps were very large and they had a raised feeling over the logo when you touch them. We now went with a much smaller cap and its all one smooth peice of aluminum. This is the cap we will be using now on all the production wheels. Its the same cap shown on the 3 wheels off the car, but here is a closer pic. It does look very nice in person I think.

A few questions....
Do you have any third party test data on these wheels regarding load rating, radial and lateral durability, impact tests, etc. that you would like to share with the group?
Do the wheels comply with US Rim and Wheel standards including safety beads?
How about a speed rating?

Just so everyone is clear. We did not all the sudden say lets cut a piece of metal and make a wheel! lol. We do not build these wheels, these wheels are built for us by one of the top 5 largest 3pc wheel manufactures in the USA. We do things the right way and leave it to the professionals, all we did was design it and pay lots of money to get it done. I have seen test data on the design, but honestly I will not post that here because no one will be able to even understand it. It does not just say "this wheel is strong" or "this wheel is bad" your average person simply cannot just look at it and understand it. Its pointless to post here. Again, we leave things like this to the professionals who do this for a living.

Unfortunately the rotors will not work with stock AMG brakes, they only work with the complete big brake setup. Hope all is well with you btw!
