Driving my E55 today, a "visit workshop" sign came on...along with a little car and arrow pointing up...a day before I heard a hissing sound when starting and stopping the engine...the hissing sound is now gone...anyone know what that means? Suspension issues?? The car feels totally fine, all the airmatic settings seem to working...Thanks!

Something could be wrong and the hissing sound makes sense. Bring it to the workshop!

your airmatic suspension is probably going out.

This is exactly what happened to me before the air strut failed.

I hope you have warranty..... I thank god I bought the extended warranty because it was about $3,000 to fix!!
