MBENZ Technicial Sprayed WD40 on Pulley and Belt
There was a little squealing noise, I could live with it, then the MBENZ guy sprayed WD40 on both the pulley and belts. Got rid of one noice, then this really bad, rubbling, grinding noise appeared from the big belt (sorry guys I have no idea about cars). Any ideas what he done?

Bad idea! WD 40 will dry out the belts and eventually weaken it.

I would demand that the service department replace your belts. I've never seen a tech use any techniques outside of protocol (while in the shop). That is really strange that he would. Typically, if you complain about squeeling, they will sell you a new belt not try to get an extra 1000 miles out of the one you have.
