One mafia took power from another mafia so they can stuff their pockets for a few years before they change guard again.
Naive supporters like you (and the other side) are just a bunch of "useful idiots"used by these crooks......

I can't wait to hear all the b!tching when these idiots that voted for Obama wake up and realize that his true intentions are to lube up and screw pretty much any American with a job, not just the rich ones...hell, he probably won't even lube us up, he's gonna go in dry! Then we have the other half that voted for him that don't even have jobs, dumb as a box of rocks college kids that think they know it all and unemployed ghetto rats that have made it their lifes work to feed off the system, when they realize they ain't getting that free Escalade and they are still living in the projects maybe they will realize what the f*** happened!

Imagine how this country, and even the world, would've been different had Gore been elected in 2000. Would we have invaded Iraq? Would we have borrowed more than all past administrations combined? Would we have spent more than any administration in history? Would we have the largest deficit in history, or a budget surplus? Would we have an energy crisis? Would we have a credit crisis? Would our economy be on the verge of a depression? Would we have record job loss? Would we have record bankruptcies? Would we have record foreclosures? Would most of our allies feel betrayed by us? Would most of the world despise us?
I could go on and on, and if you look at it objectively than most of these things would've been dramatically different. Sure, some things would've happened regardless of the administration, but most would not. Parties certainly are swayed and influenced by special interest, but don't think that administrations can't have a huge impact on the direction of our country.

Obviously a Mercedes forum full of older rich white guys isn't the place to be on the side of a black liberal, but if you believe what you're saying above than you are the one that is "naive".

Winston Churchill said it best - "The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries."
As for the moron Gore, undoubtedly he would have surrendered to Bin Laden shortly after crawling out from the closet he would have been hiding in as the WTC collapsed.
Okay, back to AMGs.

Do you honestly, and I mean honestly, feel this country (not YOU) is better off after 8 years of a Bush presidency than it would've been under a Gore one? Seriously?
I mean Bush really put it to Bin Laden. He really showed him who's boss.

I can only hope that Obama will show some real and good direction to get things back on track. We shall see, no use wasting time bad-mouthing people.
On the comment, of how many people waited in line to vote for Obama. Do you realize how many people in the same boat voted for McCain? You have some of those on both sides that voted for some of the dumbest reasons ever.

I might have to agree that Bush might not haver been the brightest lamp on the table, but I really don't think you can blame him for the economy or the housing market. Don't forget that Clinton started the whole housing mess where right before he left, he signed a deal with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac to "loosen" the restrictions on housing so that "all" could afford living in a house. The greed in the banking community and people who got loans on a floating interest rate set the stage for what we have today. Somehow people can't add of even think that paying $1500 per month on a 30 year loan on a $600,000 house would be sufficient, but a lot of them did. Oh...BTW, if anyone should have been on the watch post it should have been Harry Reid (Chm. of the banking comm,) and Barney Frank ( Chm. of the house financial Comm.), but what the hell...blame it on Bush!!
In 1999, 2001, and 2005 a bill was brought to the table to tighten regulations and cease predatory lending. All three times the Republican majority voted no on it. Check it out.

If it wasn't for his trucks....you would probably be the first one complaining that you don't have enough....and BTW,,I didn't know that Bush had the power to raise gas or diesel prices. Hearing that the president does,,,,I can't wait until Obama gets in and "lowers" the prices for us all...PLUS lowering the taxes !! GREAT!!!

Yes I believe Bush was a waste these last four years, and yes I voted for him.
However, I will take the bet right now that during the next four years of BinLadin, oops, Obama, your taxes will go UP between 6-8%, even if you make less than his BS $250,000 program states, Very few if ANY of his programs will go through, ex Universal health coverage, and the stock market will slowly work its way back up, which would have occurred with McCain in as well. Did I mention this is with a Democratic Senate and House? Lets only wait and see my friend.
See yeah

PS: Any man that pays $50,000 to mutilate the American flag off of his PRIVATE jet is NO friend of mine.
And my favorite quote for his own book “ If the wind should change in the world, I would find myself siding with the Muslims” Remember them, 9/11.
Have a nice day
