If you're referring to the Wheels Botique in Miami, I have dealt with them in the past and had a horrible experience buying a set of used wheels/tires from them. In a nutshell, they totally misrepresented the condition of the wheels (wheels had extensive repairs, which were poorly done). They refused to respond to either my phone calls or emails. I ended up having to ship the wheels back on my dime, and provide proof of return to my credit card company, which refunded my purchase price. Based on my experience, I consider them to have engaged in fraud, and their customer service is a farce.
Do NOT buy anything used from them sight unseen. Maybe you'll be okay buying new wheels (be sure to verify they actually are new in fact when they arrive) from them. And make sure you pay using a method that will CYA in the likely event they attempt to screw you. I give them a double thumbs down.

I went to thier shop a couple of months ago with my buddy he bought some HRE C90's for his black 997TT (pics are on thier website). They have the lowest prices on HRE's bar none! I would describe thier demeanor as helpful and eager to please.
Having said that, I would NOT buy anything from anybody sight unseen either.Thier shop is on the "hole in the wall" side,(but theyve opened up a second shop).
One thing that bothered me and my buddy was when we dropped off his car in front of the bay there were tire marks left in the parking lot straight to the bay his car was occupying!??!

I bought my Iforge Daytona's there about 3 years ago. While the prices are the best I had a TERRIBLE experience with those folks. I am an easy going guy and they repeatedly pissed me off. They didn't send me hub centric rings nor the right stems for MONTHS - about 6-9 and it was a mess. The wheels started to peel too.
I won't deal with them again. I'd rather pay an extra $400.

I bought a set of wheels 2 years ago, and they were by far the lowest price, however, my wheels started to oxidize after about a year. I sent them an email to see if they could recommend a shop to have them refinished, or if they could give me discount on a new set, and I was asked to send pictures. I did, but never heard back. Obviously they're not responsible for the quality of the wheels, but they were pretty expensive, so I thought they might offer a 5 or 10% discount on a new set.

I bought a set of iforged wheels for my CTS-V about 4 years ago and the rears did not fit, they forgot the car had a bbk. Anyway, it was an ordeal to have them refund me and get me another set of wheels.
